Give Support Teams Known Issues Memory That Stops Re-Discovery Cycles

Support teams encounter the same product issues repeatedly. The workarounds live in old tickets and senior agents' heads. AI support tools don't see them. MemoryLake stores known issues with verified workarounds as memory the whole team can query.

The problem: known issues knowledge fragments across the support team

A specific bug affects a specific feature on a specific browser. Engineering hasn't fixed it. The workaround is established. The senior agent who knows it answers tickets correctly; junior agents re-investigate. The product issue persists; the team's response variance is the real cost.

How it works for known issues memory

  1. Connect — Authorize support and bug tracking tools.
  2. Structure — Each known issue becomes typed memory.
  3. Reuse — Support AI retrieves matching known issues on similar tickets.

A withdrawn workaround is still in every customer you gave it to. When engineering withdraws a workaround, the known issue is fixed in one place, but the old step is still in the memory of every customer who was told it, and the next reply built from their history repeats it.

What you will see

  • Known issues on one project, the workaround versioned in metadata; what support told each customer pinned word for word on that customer's actor, with the ticket, date, issue and workaround version
  • Today KI-204's workaround is withdrawn with one fact update (text and metadata together): fact trace keeps the old text, and the step three customers were given is in it word for word
  • Two of them write in. From their history alone the reply repeats the withdrawn step; from the known issues alone it never retracts it. Joined (advice records, the issue as it stands now, the trace) it retracts and routes each ticket: 12 of 12 over 6 runs
  • One fact list --actors <every customer> --query KI-204 finds who else was told, every match and nothing ranked away; corrections go back into each customer's memory and come back first next week. Plus a local web UI
