Give Sales Enablement Playbook Memory That Reps' AI Tools Actually Read
Sales playbooks sit in Notion pages nobody reads after onboarding. AI tools reps use for emails, call prep, and deal coaching can't read them. MemoryLake gives enablement teams playbook memory that flows into every rep's AI tool.
Give Sales Enablement Playbook Memory That Reps' AI Tools Actually Read

The problem: sales playbooks don't reach the AI tools reps actually use
The enablement team wrote a 60-page playbook. The reps' AI email tool produces generic copy that contradicts it. The deal coach AI ignores the qualification framework. The playbook exists; its presence in actual rep workflows is zero.

How it works for sales playbook memory
- Connect — Import playbook from Notion or other docs.
- Structure — Frameworks and scripts become typed skill memory.
- Reuse — Every rep's AI tool retrieves the playbook before generating.

Who this is for
Sales enablement leaders at 10-500 person companies — where playbook investment isn't translating into rep behavior change.
Try this use case on your own account
A playbook play says weekly call coaching took the five reps it was given to from 14% to 25%, so coach the five lowest every quarter. The number is real, but those five were the five lowest win rates of the quarter before, and the five lowest of any quarter rise the next one with no coaching at all. A play written from "the worst got better" has measured regression to the mean, and every AI tool that reads it will keep spending managers' time on it.
What you will see
- 84 quarterly scorecards (12 AEs, 7 quarters), 3 enablement programs and 3 playbook plays pinned word for word, with rep, pod, quarter, won and opportunities in metadata; nothing records how each program's reps were picked
- The quick read searches the question and acts on the play: all three plays rank in the top 2 and all three say "act on it"
- The memory read works out from the scorecards how each program's reps were picked (the five lowest of the quarter before, the five highest, or a pod) and replays that pick in the quarters without any program: the five lowest rose +8 to +12 every time (coaching +11, not shown), the five highest fell -7 to -12 (new-hire shadowing -11, not shown); the West pod's workshop, +7 against -2 to 0 before, is the control
- Both plays are rewritten from the scorecards with
fact update --text(old text kept in metadata, fact traceshows both versions), and the same quick read then agrees 3 of 3. Plusask, replayand a local web UI
