Give Recruiting Teams Pipeline Memory That Holds Every Candidate Across Every Stage
Recruiting pipelines move candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding. Each stage owns its own context; the cumulative candidate view fragments. MemoryLake gives recruiting teams unified candidate pipeline memory.

The problem: recruiting pipeline context fragments across stages
The recruiter screened the candidate and noted strong communication. The hiring manager interviewed and noted reservations. The cultural interviewer noted enthusiasm. Three teammates, three private notes, one fragmented candidate view. The offer decision is made on whoever was loudest in the debrief.

A fictional robotics company is hiring a Senior Controls Engineer. Two candidates each go through a recruiter screen, a technical interview and a values interview with three different interviewers. Every candidate is an actor: each interview is a conversation with them and each interviewer's scorecard is pinned to them, so the debrief hears all three interviewers and labels every answer with its stage. When the recruiter rotates off the requisition, the new one searches the whole pipeline at once. When a candidate withdraws, actor unbind seals his memory in the workspace: reading, searching and writing are refused while the actor is kept. Two months later he applies again, actor bind brings back the same facts with identical ids, and the new call revises September's salary in place.
