Give Recruiting Teams Job Description Memory That Compounds Across Roles
Job descriptions repeat patterns across roles — language that resonates, structure that converts, attributes that matter. AI tools used for JD drafting see one role at a time. MemoryLake gives recruiting teams JD memory across roles and over time.

The problem: job description patterns don't compound across roles
The JD that converted well for the last senior engineer hire should inform this senior engineer hire. The "responsibilities" framing the team standardized on lives in a template doc nobody opens. New JDs vary in quality because nothing canonical exists.
How MemoryLake captures JD memory
JD template skill memory
Per-role-type templates with proven language.
Conversion reflection memory
Which JD patterns produced high-quality pipelines.
Hiring manager preference memory
How each manager wants roles framed.
Cross-tool retrieval
ATS, JD docs, AI drafting tools unified.

How it works for JD memory
- Connect — Import past JDs and authorize tools.
- Structure — Templates and patterns become typed memory.
- Reuse — New JD drafting retrieves relevant prior JDs.

Recruiting teams writing many JDs per year — where JD quality directly affects pipeline quality.
Try this use case on your own account
The talent team keeps its job descriptions in shared memory. Two of the three Word JDs were edited by the hiring manager with Track Changes on and saved without accepting: Word shows the new salary band, experience bar and visa answer, but the file still holds the old ones, marked as deleted. The index reads both run together ($138,000-$152,000$161,000-$184,000), and MemoryRouter attaches exactly that — the assistant answers with the terms the hiring manager struck out, or hedges between old and new. The same files after Accept All Changes come back right.
What you will see
- Three Word JDs (two with seven tracked changes between them, one never edited as the control) stored twice: as saved, and after
accept_changes()(20 lines of standard library, Word's Accept All Changes), one project and one boundary each; the recruiting assistant isrouter chat --boundary(gpt-4o-mini, temperature 0) search --types documentshows every edited line: as saved, all 7 hold the struck-out words, old first, in every run (Visa sponsorship: not available for this role available (H-1B transfer)), and the document summary says the role needs 8+ years and has no visa sponsorship- Eight questions, 3 answers each, over 6 runs: as saved 16 of 126 on the current terms (35 gave the struck-out term, 70 both), changes accepted 120 of 126; “years of experience” and “visa sponsorship” 0 of 15 as saved; the unedited JD 18 of 18 under both
- A checker call (Claude copies out what MemoryRouter attached) shows the run-together paragraph arriving as the JD every time. Plus a
jdsubcommand and a local web UI
